Sacomere I band H band M line Z disc A Band

Rationale: Contraction of the muscle are done by the help of sarcomere in the muscle. It is the tissue which consists of  actin and myosin.

These both were proteins. These filaments will forms the sarcomere. The bunch of sarcomere forms the myofibril.
