a) Liquid to solid : In liquid spacing between atom/molecule is larger compare to solid. so liquid is less dense and have more kinetic energy than solid due to large spacing between molecule. solid have negligible compressibility. liquid can be compressed.

b) liquid to gas: The intermolecular force of attraction in gas is least than liquid. so gas molecule has high kinetic energy and very less dense. we can compressed easily gas molecule.

c) gas to plasma: plasma consist of hot ionized gas molecule. Plasma is least dense form of matter. Atom move fastest speed in plasma so kinetic energy more than gas. Plasma occurs at highest temperature.

summary: With changing temperature we could change the phase of matter( solid-liquid-gas-plasma). so there physical property change accordingly with spacing between atom/molecule.
