• Blocking is a test plan strategy used to reduce confounding Blocking is like the matching/pairing strategy (for example combined t test) where sets of perceptions are coordinated up to prevent frustrating components (for example age, sex) from concealing a genuine contrast between two groups.(for example treatment and control).
• With a randomized block design, the experimenter partitions subjects into subgroups called blocks, to such an extent that the changeability inside blocks is not exactly the inconstancy between blocks. At that point, subjects inside each block are randomly assigned to treatment conditions.
• Randomized complete block designs differs from the totally  randomized designs in that the experimental units which are grouped into blocks  to known or suspected difference this  is isolated by the blocks.
