Sir,

It is too unfortunate to hear that my request for community based grant has been disapproved by the association on account of certain concerns as reflected by you. But please be informed that the grants I requested are for a really good cause and have been driving me towards philanthropic activities. This is to inform you that the grants I asked for are basically required to fund my community health care camp which is to be organized in next week and for which I am running out of funds.

Moreover the concern as highlighted by the association on account of which my request was denied, which is to fund a youth sports and a potential ROI should be considered trivial in front of free heath care facilities which can be made available to the community ensuring well being of people and an initiative to build a healthy community. And sports inturn is directly associated to good health. Therefore I really believe that these concerns can be made subject to delay, but denial of funds for my camp will mean wasting of time efforts and money which has been put in facilitating the camp which right now is in the middle of nowhere and will fail if grants are not sanctioned immediately.

Thus I request you to consider my case urgent and delay the funding for youth sports and potential ROI for sometime so that I can make healthcare camp a success.

I hope you will reconsider my request and sanction me grants treating my situation as urgent and community based welfare.
