if a reflected ray rotates through θ then you should rotate a mirror by θ/2 because laws of reflection

incident angle is always equal to reflecting angle

so

total angle is 29 then it is divided by 2

because both incidence angle and reflected angle changed equally

2θ= 29 degrees, (the resultant angle after rotation) ... hence θ= 29/2 = 14.5 degree
