target the consumer of all groups and the workers face many new
problems because the lots of job opportunities are being snatched
for the purpose of their personal motives. The workers lost many
new opportunities which have created much negative impact towards
the existence of the unions in the organization.
The unions decrease the jobs in the present economic status and if
it is estimated then it will obtain that most of the jobs were in
the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing sector has seen a major
downfall in the growth of the economy standard of the organizations
in America.

Unions have changed the work culture and process of the working
standard in the organization by eliminating the job opportunities
