T=Ta+(T0-Ta)*exp(-k*t)

At t=1

8=-15+(19+15)*exp(-k)

exp(-k)=23/34

k=log(34/23)=0.3909

So, at t=3

T=-15+(19+15)*exp(-k*3)=-4.4749

b)

-14=-15+(19+15)*exp(-k*t)

1/34=exp(-k*t)

t=log(34)/k=9.0219
