from the given question let us see how to create a cellualr network based on the above figure.
cellular network is defined as as a communication network where all the land areas are defined as cells and each cells are linked with each other and the last cell will be wireless. in cellular network each cell will contain alteast one transceiver.
this cellular network contains four components those are: 1. Mobile station (MS) 2. Base Station Subsytem (BSS) 3. Network Switching System (NSS) 4. Operations and Maintainance Sub sytem (OMS)
now the above given figure is related to BSS cellular network architecture
first it consider the MSC which is used as commnication then the MSC will be divided into BSC where BSC is defined as base station controller and again this BSC will be divided into sub parts called BTS which is defined as base transceiver station. now each BTS is defined as cells which contains atleast one transceiver.
so from the above figure:
we can see the highest numbers like 6,7,5 it means the signals traffic is high there which indicates that its an metropolitian city. and the 3,4 number indiates as urban areas and 2,1 indicates as rural areas.
generally the working of cellular network will be like this:
for example if a mobile user makes a call then it will reach to the nearest base station. so by this the mobile signal uses the shortest path.
next this base station will be connected to its given corresponding station area office with high speed connections.
now this base station office gives connection to the corresponding public wired network
next this will finally reach to the destination network whether it is wired or wireless network.
so this is the process the the cellular network
and in the above figure also same process will takes place.
