1. A head of the committee (most probably a person of adequate knowledge in sports and physical activity or retired player) He will have a panel to take all major decisions

2. A secretary of head to give him all the information about the activities taking place

3. A physical training Instructor to instruct children

4. A female lady instructor for girls

5. A physical education teacher to teach books related to physical education and health

6. A store man to keep all sports equipments under his eyes so that we can issue equipments from a particular store

7. A person to maintain sports ground who would help in clearing the grass etc

8. A gym instructor for those who want to go for gym

9. A head among the students who would help in maintaining discipline among students

10. A yoga instructor for those who do not want to do heavy exercises or who have some sort of disabilities that make them unsuitable for it.
