I need help on this topic. What do you do or would you like to start doing to be able to be whole and present to yourself. How do you want to better look after yourself?

One of the most important things I would like to do is to move away from the madding crowd to spend some time with myself in order to be with me and know better about myself. Secondly, I would like to spend time to analyse my strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to prepare myself better. I would like to accept myself as I’m while looking for opportunities to strengthen myself. Thirdly, I would like to improve upon my interpersonal skills in order to build rapport and support system around me while at the same time contributing to common tasks and causes. Finally I would like to engage in more productive and healthy behaviours in order to physically, psychologically and spiritually take care of myself which would give me the confidence to face people and events.
