Answer #1

Solution:
Arranging Observations in the ascending order, We get :
21,22,22,23,26,28,34,35,36,37,38,40,42,43,43,44,44,46,52,53,54,54,54,57,59,60,63,66,66,67,67,68,73,

74,78,80

Here, n=36

P25 = value of (25 (n + 1 ) / 100 )th value of Observations

   =value of ((25 * 37 ) / 100 )th value of Observations

= value of 9.25th value of Observations

= 9th Observations + 0.25 ( 9th  - 10th  )

= 36 + 0.25 (36 - 37 )

= 36 + 0.25 ( 1 )

= 36 + 0.25

= 36.25

P25  = 36.25
