Yes, hemoglobin have a recognizable domain.

A protein domain is a conserved part of a given protein sequence and (tertiary) structure that can evolve, function, and exist independently of the rest of the protein chain. Hemoglobin is made up of four subunits i.e. two α and two β subunits. Each subunit of hemoglobin consists of a single alpha-helical domain, hence, a total of four domains are present in four subunits of hemoglobin.
