Answer #1

The 4E framework aims to excite customers with varied kind of offers which are relevant for them and educate them about the offering that the product or service is having. They should be given an opportunity to experience the product or service first, the customers then should be given an opportunity to engage with their own social network. Engaging customers here means allowing them to get engaged with the products and services of the company easily, for example companies like Facebook and YouTube makes it easier for users to share videos or contents to other users on a different application or website, thus engaging more and more customers and also adding to their experience through convenience. Engaging customers is one of the most crucial aspect of social media marketing as it allows companies and business to get loyal customers or visitors on websites who will contribute in future growth.
