Answer #1

area = L^2 = (10.5*10.5)

area = 110.25

percent uncertainity = (5% + 5%)

obsolute uncertainity = 0.1*110.25 = 11.025 in^2

area = 110.25 +/- 11.025

maximum area = 110.25 + 11.025 = 121 in^2

minimum area = 110.25-11.025 = 99 in^2

area = 110.25 +/- 11.025

    please show work. Part C Find the dimensions [v] of speed. Express your answer as powers of length (/), mass (m), and time t View Available Hint(s) 11에 Submit There are three dimensions used in mechanics: length (), mass (m), and time (t). A combination of these three dimensions suffices to express any physical quantity, because when a new physical quantity is needed (e.g., velocity), it always obeys an equation that permits it to be expressed in terms of the...

    Module 8: Journal Assignment-Explaining Memory to a Child (20 points possible) Chapter 8 in your textbook starts off with a section on conceptualizing memory. In my PowerPoint lecture notes that I've posted, you will see that I've annotated a figure called the "Atkinson-Shiffrin Memory Model" on Slide #3 from Chapter 8; however, you will not find this figure in your book (assuming you have the 8th edition or higher). In contrast, Figure 8.1 from your textbook (found on page 233...

    Background: Ancient lycophytes were the dominant plants on Earth during the Carboniferous Period, which is named for the coal that formed from those ancient plants that lived 300 million years ago. As humans use fossil fuels such as coal and gas, we release carbon in the form of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the air. Because CO2 traps heat near the surface of the earth, it is known as a greenhouse gas and contributes to climate change. However, carbon is also...
