This lipid bilayer membrane is semipermeable which selectively allow molecules to pass through depending on the need of cell or cell organelles.

14. Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid which is usually found on inner side of lipid bilayer, but on outer side in apoptotic cells. This mark the cell for phagocytocis by macrophages.

cdc7 (cell division cycle 7) is an intacellular kinase involved in cell cycle regulation at chromosomal replication level. While Ras activation and Ca2+ are extracellular signals. Ras is intacellular protein but it is activated by external signals.
