This is a binomial distribution question with

n = 50

p = 0.20

q = 1 - p = 0.8

This binomial distribution can be approximated as Normal distribution since

np > 5 and nq > 5

Since we know that

\\Mean (\mu) = np = 50 * 0.2 = 10.0 \\Standard\; deviation (\sigma) = \sqrt{npq} = \sqrt{50*0.2*0.8} = 2.8284

If you take a random sample of 50 skittles, you expect to get 10 that are orange, give or take 2.8284
