What do you think about the past and/or present situation of women at work? Do they have equal chances of making a career and earning the same salary as a man? Please include some references to the information in this week's Course Materials in your answers. However, I'd also encourage you to share your personal experiences.

20-30 years ago the many people were not allowing the women's to work in the society. as the years passes the some families are started allowing the women's to take their decisions and allowed them to work.

sudden changes in this kind of situations were not accepted by most of the society people. hence owners/landlords were paying to less wages to women's by having the misconception that women's can not do more physical work as like men.

hence womens are getting less wages compared to men due to lack of education. only option that women's were having is physical work/tasks to earn money. owners are comparing the physical work to give salary.

But the present day's situations are different from the olden day's. most of women's are educated and all educated people will choose the smart work (office works) rather than hard physical work. office work / smart work is mainly depends on the knowledge they are having. hence there is no point in comparing with physical work. All the educated women's are capable of doing same quantity and quality work as like men. some times even much better than men.

hence from the above discussions,

women's have equal rights or career chances to earn the same salary as like man.
