Q=2e=2*1.6*10-19=3.2*10-19C

By Conservation of energy

(1/2)mv2=qV

v=sqrt[2qV/m] =sqrt[2*3.2*10-19*3000/6.6*10-27]

v=5.3936*105 m/s

Here centripetal force is balanced by magnetic force

mv2/r =qvB

=>r=mv/qB =(6.6*10-27)(5.3936*105)/(3.2*10-19)(0.39)

r=0.02852384 m

r=0.0285 m

T=2pir/v =2pi*0.0285/5.3936*105

T=3.323*10-7 s
