Part A:- Angular momentu L = (2MR2/5) * Angular velocity

L = (2*16.0 * 0.150 *0.150 / 5) 5.60 = 0.806 Kg-m2/s

Part B:- Kinetic Energy KE = (1/2)(2MR2/5) * (Angular Velocity)2

KE = (1/2)(2*16.0 * 0.150 *0.150 / 5) (5.60)2

KE = 2.26 J
