for the hanging block , force equation is given as

T2 = mg

T2 = 2.27 x 9.8 = 22.25 N

since the rope is same

T1 = T2 = 22.25 N

parallel to the leg , force equation is given as

F = T1 Cos30 + T2 Cos30

F = (22.25 + 22.25) Cos30

F = 38.5 N
