( a ) Tissue layer -: member of cjordata develop three tissue layers: an inner layer (endoderm), an outer layer (ectoderm), and a middle layer (mesoderm). They are called triploblasts.

( b ) Fate of blastopre -: In chordates, blastopore forms the anus, they called as deuterostome.

( c ) Coelom development -: During the development of the embryo, coelom formation begins in the gastrulation stage. The developing digestive tube of an embryo forms as a blind pouch called the archenteron. IN chordate The coelom forms by enterocoely. mesoderm buds from the walls of the archenteron and hollows to become the coelomic cavities.
