The management model and the managed roles and competencies models to address the challenges are such that we need to apply the management model where we develop right system and infrastructure so that we can develop suitable management model which help in managing the key operational and management challenges in the HSO. The managed role and competency model helps in organizing suitable operational approach so that HSO routine is well managed and the operational challenges can be minimized or reduced to the extent possible.
An organization's philosophy, culture, management response, and external environment may have impacted our responses such that philosophy and culture helps in developing right level of environment in the HSO so that employee adapts and execute in the right manner so that HSO objectives are achieved suitably. The philosophy and culture drives the right behavioral aspect in the HSO so that manager face lower challenges and easy for them to manage the HSO. Management response and external environment also drive the right behavioral aspect in the HSO and people being influenced with the external environment and management response. Management response is the right thing that drives right approach, behavior and attitude among the employees which reduce the challenges in the work place.
