3. Suicide and suicidal tendencies are very delicate issues and meet to be tackled with utmost care and dexterity. Individuals suffering from this problem are generally tough to handle as they seldom opne up.

The things that can be done to support them in their endeavor towards a healthy state of being is alerting their family members and friends, it is important that they have support outside of therapy and are felt heard.

Talking is the most cliche but underrated form of support, but ranting and talking to someone about burdens eases the mind and helps the individual.

4. Emotional focused coping is an excellent strategy at building the coping mechanisms of individuals who suffer from anxiety. Emotions based coping helps deal with problems that an individual encounters in their day to day life, and helps them build a stronger emotional repretoire with respect to their external environment and stimulus. Problems focused coping focuses especially on the external problems of the person as opposed to the aforementioned emotional component of the client. They help in the well rounded development of coping mechanisms within the individual.
