1-Does your organization (or former organization) address ethical issues in a formal, systematic way? If so, is it a cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all approach, or has the organization customized an ethical culture to match its unique needs? (If you have not worked in an organization, select an organization to research and use it for your example in your response).

Answer #1

Big ethical institutions, such as a compliance director, a standards department, professional mediation, proper ethical counseling, and a program for reviewing and tracking allegations of wrongdoing, may potentially include multiple structured ethical management systems. The nature of these programs can also be distinct from the company's culture and background. For highly regulated markets, some companies rely more on law-enforcement. Others with an old morality community will want a strong emphasis on principles and expectations for the ethics management system. Small companies that have a strong ethical commitment are less likely to have different systems and structures for formal management of ethics. The key to effective ethics management is an engagement with the highest levels of ethics and the participation of employees and managers. However, the understanding that ethics regulation involves ongoing work that needs incorporation and continuous reinforcement into wider corporate culture is also essential to effective management of ethics. I can not answer this question more specifically, because I'm not working at this moment.
