Cultural assimilation is minority group of people comes to resemble those of dominant group. Wherever globalization takes place cultural assimilation is seen. Globalization or pluralization is a force which takes people to the path of progress, people turn toward development. In this process people keep the work and their goals in their mind apart from any religion or any cultural factor. People come together, they are dependant upon each other like jig saw puzzle for their skills. They see each other based upon skills rather than upon religion or any cultural background. Globalization requires mutli talent. Hence in this case the minority group follows the dominant group as everybody wants to progress and nobody can afford to stay different. So same rules, methods, habbits, parenting style, attitudes form due to workforce and globalization.
