Corporate training is not an academic or educational undertaking: it is a function of business support. The learning company exists to support the direct line of business functions–activities that create, distribute, deliver, and support goods. Training is thus very similar to other business support functions: HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Facilities. As a support tool, the quality of training for the organization should be calculated by how well it aligns with these business strategies and not how well the training programs generate revenue or benefit themselves. The training strategy, programs, and processes must be constructed and delivered in direct alignment with these line operations ' product, business, process, and financial initiatives.

Improving learning efficiency. Expanding content library and training programs Provide consistent service across a global organization. Reducing cycle times for growth. Increasing employee awareness of material.

Change in the organization is more common than ever. Dealing with changes due to mergers, acquisitions, technology, budgets and hiring is the top challenge alluded to by professionals in the field of learning and development (L&D). There are many more complex, diverse and demanding work environments. To support its success, it is crucial for organizations to develop leaders at all levels from the front lines to the CEO. The value of learning and development must be communicated by L&D professionals. Other pressing tasks or priorities seem to win out too often. Having students to attend, participate actively, and follow through is a challenge. It increases the difficulty of providing consistent training when a company is globally or geographically dispersed. Geographical constraints, increased costs, language barriers, interpretation problems, and digital training needs are the most common obstacles.
