Yes it is possible that an object with constant acceleration can reverse the direction of motion.

Example : an object thrown vertically upwards has an initial velocity in upward direction but a constant acceleration is acting on the object which is directed vertically downwards. Now as it reaches the highest point , it starts to fall downward with the same acceleration 9.8 m/s^2 acting vertically downwards. Therefore, in this example a constant acceleration has reversed the direction of motion.
