Ans. 6 a) The abstract length should be of 200 words. Its purpose is to summarize the scientific paper by stating the purpose of the research and conclusions

Format of Abstract:- It is directly depends upon its purpose.For ex:- Class Assignment, specific publication

The Abstract is included after the title page and/or acknowledgements and before the table of contents.

  • Summary or Result : It is a brief note that gives us an overview, ideas and insight about major topics in a paper.
  • Abstract: It is a short note that shows the contents of the work.

    Two types of Abstract:-

    1.Informational Abstracts- It consists of minimum 2 pages and followings steps need to follow

    a) Purpose b)Problem c) Method d) Results e) Conclusions

    2. Descriptional Abstacts- It is a very short which consists of max. 100 words and follow the below mentioned steps

    a)Purpose b)Problem c)Method(No result and conclusions)
