NOTE that B can't be since not all strong acids have Oxygen atoms, therefore, by definition, you can't choose E

the only one that is ALWAYS valid for a strong acid is that it will ionize completely in solution that is,

HA is the acid

when in water

H+ and A- will be 100% dissociated that is

[HA] = [H+] = [A-]

then

H+ is actually H2O + H+ = H3O+
