Ethanolic fermentation or alcoholic fermentation is a biological process in which sugar is converted into alcohol and CO2 with the release of ATP.

Eg. : C6H12O6 -------> 2C2H5OH + 2CO2 + 2ATP

This is an anaerobic process as it mostly takes place in the absence of oxygen.

So the correct options will be, B.Alcohol and F. CO2
