how can a manager, address a company policy that State theft of company property and services will in every case result in discipline and possible criminal prosecution. All employees are required to immediately report knowledge of violations. Failure to report such violations shall also result in discipline.

A. In discussing the policy with your manager, it was clear that even using   company phone system for personal reasons was unacceptable and show be reported ?

B. Later that' same week you are with a co- worker getting ready to leave the office at the end of the days . As you begin to walk out of the door you saw one of your co worker using the company phone. what moral steps can one take.

A. i. Allow employees to use company phone under special circumstance, with permission from manager.

ii. Allow a particular amount of time for personal use, per employee, per defined period.

iii. Use access code to company phones.

iv. Paid service for an employee.

B. One can take the following steps:

i. Ask reason for using company asset.

ii. Offer support by contacting manager.

iii. Inform manager about possible use of company asset.

iv. Inform the employee about the company policy of not using company asset without permission.
