Your supervisor has made it clear that the project must be completed within 6 months, and must not exceed $300K in expense to the firm, and you have been provided a very detailed description of the project scope. What steps do you intend to follow to maximize your chances of project success prior to beginning the execution of the project?

Firstly I will understand the clear scope of the project and select the team member according to them and also clear the content to them as well. The selection of an individual is essential to make your team and project success.

Outline the goal and create some short term goals in between them to measure the task successfully.

Manage the data to access easily and to keep a close eye on data that can sometimes get out of hand.

Also, I will monitor the progress daily to be aware of the project, team, individual, and the deadlines.

Motivate the team awarding the members for their excellent performance is also an essential outline to encourage them more for the completion of the project.
