This will help to identify how well the employees respect and has compatibility with those values. There should be work policies inclined with the core value and culture of the firm so that it will be followed without ignoring. If these core values are violated, strict actions need to be taken so that members understand how essential these values are to streamline every functions and to meet the vision and complete the mission.
