  • Women experience more frequent emotions.
  • They exhibit nonrestrictive emotionality.
  • They are willing to self-disclose, their intimate feelings.
  • Women start expressing emotions from a very young age and express more sadness, anxiety.
  • They smile, laugh, nod, show gestures.
  • They are accurate in expressing emotions. They hide less.
  • They show the judgment of nonverbal emotional cues.
  • Women are socialized to be emotional, not so aggressive, nurturing, obedient.
  • Women are more likely to express their anger in the solitary condition which opposes social conditions.
