Answer #1

Facebook, the social media giants has some own set of company policies and the organization should strictly follow such processes to serve better without harming any communities or violations acts. If it remains in such policies of facebook as not to allow violation related content over the platform then for that purpose the live streaming has been turned off. The case can be registered against facebook by Suzy, but if there remains any form of policies to stop such type of video then the case will get dismissed immediately.

The later consequences from the side of facebook may be complicated as due to harming name or reputation and putting wrong charges over them, the legal actions may be taken against Suzy that may lead to penalize badly. As per Suzy, the police have allegedly violated her rights and then pulled over for a speeding ticket. To showcase such act to the public she has chosen facebook live streaming, but facebook policy may have some violation acts and it gets blocked.

If the police have done some alleged violation then it is necessary to get the matter to light. But the medium opted for showcasing such an act may cease to make it done as the medium facebook has some certain violation acts that are mandatory to abide without fail. Thus, on such perspective, Suzy should not go for case registration against facebook as the decision may not bring effective outcome. Rather the higher authority of the police department should be informed by showcasing the recorded piece of the video so that the actual inquiries must be made to settle the situation steadily.
