Sometimes, a job search or company research for a certain kind of job happens by choice. Sometimes, one doesn't have an option for that. In either case, it's crucial to be prepared to change jobs, and by roles, because you never know when a career transition might become necessary for you. If possible, it's always a good idea to stay on excellent terms with your previous employers by giving plenty of notice, offering to help find and train a replacement, and agreeing to be available for questions in the future.

The major steps to find a better job are:
(a) Improve the persuasive speaking skills.
(b) Research your target companies
(c) Reconnect with the right references.
(d) Don't underestimate the traditional resume and get organized.
(e) Give business cards as a makeover and build the network.
(f) Update the relevant details and professional photos.
(g) Re-organize the portfolio, and utilize the skills in communication.
(h) Tailor the resume and cover letter to the position.
(i) Stay connected, and wired through the online platforms.

The optimistic approach or thought process that helps the job seeker to gain the knowledge and experience of searching the same role in four different companies made a choice of choosing the best option. Every new option differs from others, and more ways to attain a competitive advantage in every new search.
