Core strategy-
Business Mission- To introduce premium range of watches to High and customers.
Basis of differentiation-
1. The product would be scratch and dust resistant.
2. The watch would allow it uses to to see the time clearly even in night times. It would have a radium and light mix combination material used to make the watches.
3. It would have a high tech ceramic with plasma treatment which will enhance the durability of the watch. This will give a premium look to the strap of the watch.
4. It would have the option of date time and reminders alarm in the watch.
Target market- the target market of this watch would be high end customers. The people who enjoy luxury watches as the lifestyle accessory.
Product scope- there is tremendous market for these kind of watches. As people are enjoying a more than more luxury lifestyle. This type of watches can easily be targeted to them through social media platforms.
Core competence- the core competence of the watch would be its unique design. The high quality material with which it will be made will give it a premium look. This will be the unique selling proposition of the watch.
Key assets- key assets would be the brand itself.
Revenue streams- the revenues will be generated buy online sales. Sales would also be generated exclusive ownership of company owned retail outlets.
Finance- For Finance the company can approach to financial corporations which give loan to startups.
Product/ service- the production of the watches will be made in the factory. This will be done by assembling various vendors who supply different accessories for premium watches such as the strap, watch battery, watch dial etc. The service of the watches will be done inside the retail outlets which will have exclusive complaint and Service department to handle the complaints arising in the watches. A dedicated team will be assigned to to resolve the issues which customer face.
Channels- The different channels of operation would be online and offline. In the online channel the company will sell its watches through its own website and other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flip kart. The company will also sell its product through retail outlets which will be exclusive showrooms of the company.
Key Partners- The key partners would be the the different channel distribution platforms, the different vendors who have the stake in the company.
