a. Deletion of TATA box in the promoter of GAL1 will inhibit the transciption level of GAL1 as the RNA polymerase will fail to bind to the promoter and initiate transcription.

b.Deletion of Gal 80 and Gal4 from the genome will inhibit the transcription level of GAL1 as binding of Gal 4 protein to Upstream activating complex i.e UASG is necessary for initiation of transcription from GAL1.In absence of glucose,Gal80 protein binds to Gal4 protein to inhibit the transcription inititation of Gal 80 but as Gal80 is deleted from genome there would be no transcription.

c.Since Gal80 and Mig 1 inhibit transcription from GAL1,eletion of Gal80 and Mig1 from the genome would not ainhibit the transcription and transcription will continue.
