Can someone please explain this one to me. ICan someone please explain this one to me. I know the right answer (it is marked), but I do not understand why the first option is also not the correct answer. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

A hydrogen bond is strong or happens when a hydrogen is between two electronegatively charged atoms.

In first, although F is highly electronegative, C is not considered a strong electronegative atom and hence it does not have a tendency to attract the shared pair of H from F.

On the other hand, N is a strong electronegative atom and can hydrogen bond to a H attached to another electronegative atom O.
