This feature of the sectional cut view shown in B can be achieved by SolidWorks's "CROP" VIEW.

In the Crop view, the shapes of the crop section is drawn and that particular region coming into the section will be shown as view.

As in projection view, the full projection of drawing is done.

In section view, section line is drawn and then the section view is generated.

In broken out section, the particular sectional view is done for the limited selected part's section

So, the answer will be CROP.
