Osmoregulation is the process of maintaining a fluid and ionic balance in human body. In this kidney plays a major role. It not only eliminates nitrogenous waste but maintainins acid base and fluid concentration of the body.
Example of negative feedback in human urinary syatem is the maintenance or regulation of human body temperature. The negative feedback can change the conditions back to normal by just reversing the direction of change. For example when normal body temperature drifts, the blood keeps or looses heat by constricting or dilating blood vessels.
Homeostasis is our body's ability to maintain its constant internal environment. In human's body homeostasis is achieved through excretion i.e. elimination of waste and excess water from our body.
During urine formation, tubular cells secrete substances like hydrogen ions, potassium ions and ammonia into filtrate. Tubular secretion is important step in urine formation as it maintains ionic and acid base balance of body fluids.
