From the diagram it is clear that the level of the reagent in graduated cylinder is 23 mL.

Here each line is 1 mL. Here mentioned that 20 mL and 25 mL. The level of reagent is 3rd line after 20 so 20+3 = 23 mL (or)

The level of the reagent is 2nd line above the 25 so 25-2 = 23 mL ( this is clearly visible)

Hence the final volume of the reaction is 23 mL.

If the initial volume is 0 mL then the volume of the reagent is 23 mL. If the initial volume is not the zero then the volume of reagent is (Final volume - intial volume)
