Process capability ratio =CP = (upper specific limit - lower soecific limit) /6* standard deviation = 2400-1600/ 6×100= 800/600= 4:3

Now lets find CPU and CPL because, CPK= min (CPU, CPL)

Thus, CPU= upper specific limit - Average/ 3× Standard Deviation = 2400-1800/3×100= 600/300= 2

Thus, CPL= Average - Lower specific limit/ 3 ×Standard Deviation = 1800-1600/ 3×100= 200/300= 0.67

Thus, CPK = Min (2,0.67) = 0.67 = 2:3.
