at resistor R1:

the current direction is from A to B

because, point A is connectred to the +ve terminal of source Vs


at resistor R2 and R3:

the current direction is from B to E and C to D

because, at junction B the current will entering from A and from the gound also

hence, curent gets divede and again add up at point E
