Extremophiles are organisms that live under any form of extreme conditions. They have been found depth of 7 km inside Earth's crust, deep sea vents, extreme pressure, extreme basic condition, frozen sea water at -20 degree C. Thermophiles require high temperature to survive. Acidophiles can live in acidic condition. Alkaliphiles can live in high basic condition. Extremophiles include members of all 3 domains: archaea, bacteria, eukarya.
