4. Off job development method.

-- experienced based learning method - it is an on the job training method. In which regular feedback, benchmarking and education related to job is given and regular monitoring. This method helps to understand the knowledge of the individual.

-- formal education program - formal education program for the development includes workshops, university program, school program, company sponsored training.

-- self assessment - identify or monitoring someone and observe them. It helps to tell them about their strength and the weak point which need improvement.

-- off job development method - off the job development method means provide them training or development on some demo model. Some method of off job development method are case study method, incident method etc.
