Answer #1

Answer: A. Some plant and animal species will migrate to cooler locations, whereas others will become extinc

Reason:

Atmospheric scientists anticipate a 1.1–6.4°C temperature increase by the end of the twenty-first century is result in global warming followed by higher ocean evaporation and terrestrial rainfall will have a negative impact on the world’s agricultural systems due to climate change. A variety of plant and animal species are going to migrate to other cooler regions of the world due to high temperature and to sustain against high atmospheric temperature and those with lower fitness may extinct. On the other hand, polar ice caps are going to reduce in size with high frequency of severe weather

Global warming is potentially due to higher level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This CO2 retains and avoids reflecting radiation of sun light fallen onto biosphere back so that more heat developed on the earth surface due to severe retaining of sun light finally global warming or green house effect. The rate of photosynthesis is higher is more carbon dioxide is higher thereby reduction in global warming if there is sufficient green plants with chlorophyll content as green plants perform photosynthesis in the presence of sunlight and CO2. Thereby, when the rate of photosynthesis is higher global warming is lower.
