a) Sawsan was employed by Al Watan Trading Company as cosmetic and makeup items saleswoman. Her boss was the direct owner of Al Watan and she was very much pleased with Sawsan’s performance. Sawsan had exceeded her target for the last 3 months and her boss told her that if she keeps exceeding the target for the next 3 months, Sawsan will be getting 50% raise. Sawsan was very much pleased with that and politely thanked her boss. 3 months passed and Sawsan maintained her level of performance by exceeding the target. On the following month of 6 months exceeding the target, Sawsan was expecting to receive the additional 50% raise as she was promised but she did not receive the additional raise in her salary. She was surprised so she went to her boss and asked her about the raise. Her boss responded that Sawsan did not formally accepted her offer and due to the current market conditions, she cannot give Sawsan the raise. Explain and use IRAC methodology
