Answer #1

FCFS = First come first serve, arranged in order from time arrived
Job Sequence (As per FCFS) Job processing time (days) Flow time Job end date Job due date (Days) Days past due = Job end date - job due date
CX-01 25 25 265 270 0
BR-02 15 40 280 300 0
DE-06 35 75 315 320 0
SY-11 30 105 345 310 35
RG-05 40 145 385 360 25
390 60

CX-01 starts on day 241 and ends on day 265. From there we ad processing times to arrive at end date of each job.

Average completion time = Total flow time / 5 = 390 / 5 =78 days

Average job lateness = Total late days / 5 = 60/5 = 12 days
