Answer #1

1.Both sodium sulphide and Chromium iodide are soluble in water.

Sodium sulfide reacts with Chromium iodide to from Sodium iodide and chromium sulfide.

3Na2S + 2CrI3 = 6NaI + Cr2S3

2. Both Lead Nitrate and Zinc bromide are soluble in water.

Zinc Bromide reacts with lead nitrate to from Zinc Nitrate and Lead bromide

ZnBr2 + Pb(NO3)2\rightarrow Zn(NO3)2  + PbBr2(ppt.)

3. Ammonium carbonate is soluble in water.

Cobalt Bromide is also soluble in water.

(NH4)2CO3 + CoBr2\rightarrow 2NH4Br + CoCO3
